As an effective REALTOR, I can help you sell your home for more. I will place your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which allows your home to be viewed by thousands of agents, which in turn helps get your home viewed by more prospective buyers. As a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB), I ensure your home will be viewed by agents and buyers throughout Canada, the US, and the world. The Internet has become the place where 80% of all buyers first look when considering a real estate purchase, and you should take advantage of it. Have your REALTOR explain to you their presence on the Web, and ask to see a record of their websites daily unique visitor log. If they can’t (or won’t) offer you this service, they likely don’t have any “web-presence” to speak of, and you should look further.

If you intend to sell your home on your own, you will not reach thousands of potential buyers. Many buyers are also reluctant to consider “For Sale By Owner” (FSBO) properties. Something else to consider when selling is that advertising your home in the media is very costly. When I list your home, I will advertise your home at no additional cost to you. I will also take calls and answer questions regarding your home, ensure that potential buyers are pre-approved, and set up all showings at a convenient time for you!

When you get an offer on your home, I will advise you and negotiate not only the best price, but the most favourable terms. As a professional REALTOR, I will ensure that all terms are clearly spelled out, in writing, so there are no surprises during the closing. Once an agreement has been finalized, I then deal with all of the paper work and phone calls to make sure that the deal does not fall through and that your move is a successful one!
