Residential (low density) Zoning District Rules
- RR-1 Restricted Residential Single-Detached District (for very low density residential development in areas where compatability with special environmental characteristics is essential)
- R-1 Residential Single-Detached District (for residential development in the form of single-detached housing)
- RS-1 / RS-2 Residential Small Lot District (for comprehensively-designed residential development in the form of single-detached or semi-detached dwellings on small lots)
- R-1A Residential Narrow Lot Single-Detached District (for residential development in the form of narrow lot single-detached housing)
- R-2 Residential Low Density District (for low density residential development in the form of single-detached, semi-detached and duplex dwellings)
- R-2A Residential Low Density District (for townhouse developments at a similar density to single, duplex and semi-detached dwellings in order to increase the variety of dwelling types)
- RM-1 Residential Low Density Multi-Dwelling District (for comprehensive townhouse developments, primarily within outer city areas)
- RM-2 Residential Low Density Multi-Dwelling District (for a mixture of low density family-oriented dwelling units in the inner city)
